Comprehensive AMC contract: Comprehensive AMC’s includes all parts (Here, you are
not charged separately for the labour or for the parts replaced).Comprehensive maintenance
contract covers all the parts of computer and service for one year. Four preventive
maintenance are given during the year. In case of failure of any part or component
of computer immediate replacement will be given. Non comprehensive AMC contract:
Non-comprehensive AMC includes repair & services only with cost of defective
to be borne by the customer. Non-comprehensive maintenance contract covers only
service for one year. Four, preventive maintenance will be given during the year.
In case of failure of any part or Component of computer, replacement of the same
will be provided on chargeable basis.

Terms & Conditions:

The Annual Maintenance Contract includes preventive as well as corrective maintenance. |
|
|
|
|
|
We will not replace any part which found physically broken or Damage and the same
will be replaced on chargeable basis. ( Applicable to comprehensive contract as
well)

|
|
|
Period of contract: this contract is initially for period of one year commencing
from “service commencing date”.

|
|
|
|
The non comprehensive contract cost includes the cost of service only
|
|
|
|
|
|
The comprehensive contract cost includes cost of computer parts and cost of service.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Comprehensive printer contract will not include cost of toner or cartridge refilling.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Half of the contract amount will be charged in advance and the rest amount should
be paid after three month
|
